Weird mouse thing ?

Hi m8s, I have a weird problem, I'm new here so please forgive my mistakes, the problem is, my mouse (which is a rather cheap one) is odd, I was playing Skyrim and realised that the Y axis of the mouse is different from the X axis, like, It takes less effort to look up and down than left to right, and let me say, It is a huge diference, like 5cm in diference. It does this in every game I own, except GTA V, I have no clue why. It is not a hardware problem, tested with many of them and got the same result, tested different USB ports, and tested the mouse in other PCs, and it worked fine, I am pretty sure it is a software problem, drivers are up to date.
Don't know what else to do

you can try a clean boot to rule our software.

also, mentioning what mouse you are using and your operating system would be helpful.

Sorry for the delay, I got caught up with something, anyways, I did the clean boot, kinda worked, but not fully, I still have the thing in skyrim, but in the menu of GTA SA, my mouse didn't worked, now it does.
Sorry I forgot about the OS It's Win 7 home premium 64 bits.
My mouse has no brand, like, it came in with the pc 3 months ago, but I had no problems with it untill 2 days ago

Definitely sounds like a bad mouse. Replace it or try another one if you have it.

I know right, that was my first thought, I tested 4 diferent mouses(what is the plural of mouse ?) and none of them fixed this, I don't think they all have the same problem. What I find extremely weird, is that it only affects the games, all of them, hell, even minecraft feels weird, but the desktop, none of that happens

you definitely disabled everything in the startup tab for the clean boot? this has to be a software thing at this point. do all of the games you play use the same game manager like steam? perhaps it is a steam setting.

Well, I intalled Win 10, downloaded 3 games, gta v, warframe, and skyrim, I transferred my skyrim save, the problem remais, I tought my mouse was weird on warframe too, but I never played the game I can't be sure, and GTA V does not show any problems at all, can't say I fixed it, need to do more testing, but as for now, the problem remains

perhaps it is the mouse pad or surface you are using the mice you tried on?
