Yes, most (if not all) ATX-sized cases support fitting motherboards of ATX, mATX, and ITX sizes.

Choose your preferred case, then check it's specs sheet on the manufacturer's website - - it will show which motherboard form-factors it supports. Most cases designed for ATX boards will also be compatible with micro-ATX ones, but easily confirmed as I have suggested above.
