As the title says I am getting the USB current surge on my USB 3.0 ports on the back of my computer (Motherboard). I recently did a fresh install of Windows since I bought an NVME drive and that took a while because of different errors happening on the computer. All of that was sorted after a few hours, but now it's the USB ports. Whenever I plug my Headphones (HyperX Cloud II) into a port it says USB current surge and restarts my computer. I updated my BIOS to the latest version and downloaded drivers for everything but nothing's helps. Only thing that worked was when I had them plugged in to the ports and then turned on my computer but after a few minutes it completely shut off again and gave me the error message. Any help?

I tested it with all my other hardware and they work without any messages about a power surge in the USB port, the only way that it turns off or restarts my computer is if it plugs into the motherboard. If i plug them into the front panel ones i get a message and have to reset them. Troubleshooting showed that it was the Headphones i guess. I'll contact the company about it.
