Terrible list, AM3+ is very outdated and the PSU is awful.
Grab this, the G4560 is much stronger.
I do recommend saving up for a 1060 though, the gains are substantial, definitely worth it.
Save up $500 or a little more and stick in a 1060 3GB when prices go back to normal, since the Ethereum craze is dropping.

The only downsides I see about the build are:

-FX/AM3+ is a dead end in terms of upgrading in the future. If you buy these, you have to buy a new motherboard and CPU in the future if you want to upgrade (A pain in the ass in 9/10 cases.)

-The FX-6300 isn't a real hex-core. It is a tri-core CPU with SMT. It should still work fine, though.

-I wouldn't usually recommend PSUs under $50, but that one should work.

Other than those, it looks pretty good for the price. ---Although, now looking at it closer, I'd recommend a GTX 770 over the 950 any day, I just got one for about $100 on ebay used. It kicks a 950's ass.
