Solution helpstar Jul 19, 2017 loading a restore point doesn´t work either? otherwise, try this: http://www.trishtech.com/2016/01/fixing-windows10-reboot-loop-caused-by-avast-antivirus/ before installing avast again, be sure windows is up to date by windows update
