I have an i7-4790k, and I just bought a new cooler (the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3)

So I've been messing around with overclocking, and I have a stable 4.8ghz OC at 1.25v.
The highest temps I've had gaming was in Mass Effect: Andromeda, which was around 74C,
most other games hang around 65C, with less demanding games under 60C entirely. I know
my temps are good, i'm not worried about them, but still, is it safe to leave the OC in effect
all day, everyday. Also, I left the intel smart frequency turned on in the BIOS, so at idle the
CPU runs at 800MHZ and only goes up to 4800MHZ when it needs to.
(I messed with a 5.0GHZ, 1.3v OC, but it wasn't stable and I didn't want to push voltage higher)
So, is this OK? Should I only use it when doing computationally intensive tasks or can I leave it on 24/7?
Thanks for the advice!
