yeah jst make sure u get a decent cpu cooler so u can overclock the 1600 to get the maximum out of it.. i would change the psu though. a better 600w psu will more than enough. hell a 550w will be able to power it as well. make sure u dnt cheap out on those parts.

budget is 1300-1400€, shipping to belgium included (basically anything from outside eu = +25% import taxes)

So the standard cooler on the 1600 won't be sufficient?

Don't understand about the psu though. I put a bronze grade 600w, any suggestion on that and can you tell me why?

If that budget was excluding taxes then there will still be headroom to make the build better. If that is the case then reply to get even better build.
For pushing the clock speed to limit you will be needing a better CPU cooler but worry about it in future. No need of thermal paste.

Thats a very complete build, thank you.
The 1080 is a bit overkill for me so if i tune that down its back in my budget range.
Should i still take the motherboard you suggested if i do that?

Wait just don't skip GTX1080 instead skip the HDD or SSD for now. The performance gain you get from GTX1080 is far superior to what you get from GTX1070. Skip the HDD fro now it will bring price down to 1450. That should be achievable as your budget was 1400. Even at 1080p GTX1080 is good to have as overkill is never bad unless it way out of your budget(it is not).
