Question about asus motherboards

Hello, i just wanted to know that if it's written "first release bios" under the bios number in the asus website if it means that is the bios that comes with the motherboard? because i've bought a i5 2320 used which need bios 208 and on the website it says "first release bios" so...

Its a sandybridge so its going to be supported if its the correct socket anyway.

You'd only ever need an update for an ivybridge processor.

i'm looking at the asus p8h61-m lx2 r2.0, well that's great if it works out of the box i'll update it anyway it just scares me that it doesnt work and i'm screwed lol
