My son has a $355 Sennhesier set that he loved. Problem was it was so comfy. he'd forget he was wearing it, stand up to get a snack, the wire would come up short (He's 6'-4") and he'd tear it off his head. He sent it off for repair and in the 3 weeks turn around time, he bought a Logitech G930 wireless to use. When the Senn's were sent back he kept using the G930.

I just grabbed a G933 set, which was $134 but wifie had a $10 and $20 Amazon coupon so was $104 ... MSRP is $199. It's a significant upgrade from the 930, works in any console, phone and has a neat little features that stores the transmitter inside the left ear piece. I could certainly do w/o the LED lights tho. With lights turned off battery life exceeds 12 hours...

With lights turned off battery life exceeds 12 hours (reportedly 7 w/ lights on). Left them on for a cupla days once and when realized battery was at 10%... so I just plugged in the cable in which case it was npo different from using a wired headset.

The G930 is no longer made but there are still many in the channel ...

The G930 ranges from $75 - $95
The G933 ranges from $114 - $134
