Hello, I currently have the Asus X550Z it has an AMD A10-7400P APU. I was wondering if it would be worth it for me to remove the wireless card inside it and use an external graphics card. Do you think this would be a decent choice until I have the money to build a desktop system. Also for the graphics card I was thinking about the R7 360. One more thing I have an external 1080p monitor that I could attach to the graphics card because I know that using your laptops display can bottleneck the cable because it does not have enough bandwidth.

No, this is a terrible idea.

You're taking a decent GPU and (if you even get it working) you're crippling it with a slow CPU.

Save your money so you can build your desktop.
