Is it possible to upgrade my prebuilt PC?

My PC is an ASUS with:
-AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD graphics, 3.7GHz
-DDR3 6GB
-AMD Radeon HD 8350 1GB
-HDD 1TB
-Windows 8(when i bought it,now is Windows 10)

I was wondering if my mobo and apu will be compatible with any graphics cards that can be used for gaming.Shall i be able to put a new graphics card in it? or change the apu or whatever i want? are there any restrictions based on the current cpu and gpu that it has?

So can i freely change any part of the desktop as i want? the cpu and gpu etc. products that you suggested me to buy are the ones that are compatible with the system or i'm able to use intel or any other cpu or gpu models as well? thank you for your assistance,i'm waiting for your answer
