Hi, i Need to know if the stock cooler of Intel i5 7400 is good with a 1060 6gb for gaming or if i Need to change this with another One.

I5-7400 can not be overclocked and the stock cooler will do the job.
The 92mm fan may spin up and be noisy under load so quieter operation would be my main motivation for changing it out.

Well it just depends on the games you'll play, if you play a demandibg game such as bf1 you might want to get a more beefy air cooler such as a hyper 212 evo or a cryorig h7. However, you should be fine temps will likely reach 70c a bit above or lower give or take depending on the demand of the game.
