Okay so a few days ago my PC was working fine. Last night windows updated, and now whenever I turn on my PC, horizontal lines cover the startup screen.
I've reset the Bios, reinstalled Windows twice, installed the latest drivers in safe mode, and attempted a (failed) system restore (Which usually works, and allows me to update the drivers, and then this problem goes away).
I'm at a loss at what to do next

EVGA GQ 750 series PS
2 Stock Fans
Cryorig H7 CPU fan
