250w for 300w graphics card

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 530s, I have just installed a GT 710 1gb ddr3 graphics card, which states minimum 300 watt, and my Dell has a 250 watt power supply. Would this graphic card be safe?

Well it does say 300w on your manual, so... yea I'm guessing you need a 300w. But, there is a chance you could run with a 250w but this could cause damage to your GPU.
