Hello, I have a really old PC and I want to build a new one which I would mainly use for
playing games and editing.
Would it be good for playing the latest games at 60fps with High-Ultra presets? (Think Battlefield 1 for example)
Would it be good for Cinema 4D & After Effects rendering?
How long would it last me before upgrading?

My max budget is $600 if you can build a better one, doesn't need to include cooler / case because I already have those. My resolution is 1366x768 and I won't be upgrading my monitor anytime soon.
