Probably a month ago my CPU started to just thermal throttle constantly. Even when its cool in my room. I have some reddit threads ill link here to give you guys some context of this struggle.

1st: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/6hx4ll/6700k_stock_thermal_throttling_immediately_after/

2nd: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/6j678x/corsair_h100i_logo_turned_red/

3rd: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/6jllkh/update_unsure_what_to_do_about_possibly_faulty_cpu/

4th: https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/comments/6jtfds/i_dont_know_if_this_is_an_appropriate_place_to/

Please read these posts. Theres just too much to put here. Here is a pastebin of my HW monitor report. All i had done was launched chrome and tried to launch Tekkit.

I removed the spammy looking text at the end.

I don't think ill be happy with "get a new cpu" because im aware that that may be my only course of action. I'd like to know why this is happening. I'll be running tekkit and world of warcraft simultaneously while never getting close to maxing out my cpu usage or my gpu usage but ill have probably 20-40 fps in tekkit.

well I've hooked up my H100i V2 to my 8350 system and it works beautifully. I'm hoping to find someone nearby who has an H100i v2, 6700k or 7700k so i can test what the problem is.
