The Core™ i7-880 or Xeon X3480 is the strongest CPUs for that motherboard according to the compatible CPU list linked above.

That is an older CPU that is no longer produced. You should be able to find one on eBay though.

BTW, what CPU do you have now?

80 or 100 percent menas that you are using it that much, not that is dying

have you ever reinstalled windows on it, run a antivirus or a malware scan?

use malwarebytes or plan a reinstal, if you change to a new cpu but keep a windows installation full of crap, virus, the new cpu will do the same as the old one

a cpu used to 100% means that is doing alot, not that is dying, a cpu that will fail will not support 100% load, it will just shut down and never turn on again

Question from MasterKempinis : "What is the best gaming CPU I can get with this motherboard"

If the i5 760 isn't meeting your expectations anymore, your only real option is to save your money and do a complete system upgrade. The only better CPUs your board will take are the i7 8xx CPUs and their Xeon equivalents, which are just as old and aside from offering hyperthreading aren't any better than the i5 760. Buying an i7 or Xeon will at absolute best give you a 20-30% boost over the i5 760, but that's only in software that scales perfectly across more 4 cores and 8 threads.

Gaming performance will be fairly similar on an i7 8xx outside of a small handful of newer games that can benefit from the additional threads. In any case, any LGA 1156 CPU is likely to bottleneck a GTX 1060 to some extent, maybe if you push a 4GHz overclock it would be okay, but you're not likely going to be able to pull that off on a low end board like the H55m-usb3. Best you can do is just get the 1060, which will still be a lot faster than the 560Ti even if it is bottlenecked a bit and save up to move to a more modern platform.
