My new PC with better specs runs games slower than my last one

Hello,

I have obtained a new PC with hardware that (I assume) it's much superior to my old Laptop's
And yet it runs games much slower
I'll post my specs here as I don't now where to put them

I've been told this is probably because of my Motherboard, or that the components are not good for gaming,but I don't know what to belive

i have a ati 5450, that is basically the same as the old intel you had, the i3 is the same as the old one too

you didnt changed much really, the hd5450 is meant to watch movies, play games form many years ago in very low resolutions and be very quiet of you have a passively cooled model so is basically a cheap solution when you are low on ram and on video out ports so most gpus even the one on the laptop will be faster, is in fact a more recent model so better performance

u know you got 2 radeons? non-sli, not that it would matter as sli doesnt share vram, and u have crossfire disabled. does crossfire share vram?
8500m has how much vram? 2GB? .... says it all. 2GB vram = doesnt overflow to system/swap.

Well,I don't know why it says crossfire disabled, I have enabled crossfirex through AMD catalyst control center

Performance information says:

Without Crossfire, it's possible the built-in HD 4000 would outperform some 5450 configurations.

Anyway, the cheapest new GPU's would be the gt 1030 and the rx 550, both can be found under $100. Which is better depends on what price you find them at, and which specific games you intend to play.

i have a gt 1030, performs well, is cheap, there is silent models without fan and uses very few watts, perfect for gaming

if you can go for something higher, like a gtx1050ti, around double the performance of the gt1030 and perhaps 6 times the performance of the hd5450, that is great for a htpc or for multiple monitors on a old pc, nothing more, but being hones i used it for alot of things, even gta v, like 20fps on 1024x600 resolution, it is funny to see it fight
