Hi everyone :)

I want to build my ITX CASE, currently I’m Student in UK, and after complete my course(one year and half) I’ll back to IRAQ so I need to bring the case back with me what’s why I’ll ask you to help me to build my ITX Case.

1-The CPU is I7 7700K ( I was confusing between I5 7600k or I7 7700 Non-K) but I need it so serve me for years at least 6 years and I don’t cover clock it , also there is no much difference between the price of I7 7700k and Non-K so that why I select K

2-MOBO: I’ll Take Asus Z270I for the best Durability and Quality of (I want thinking to get B250I with I5 7600 but!!!!! I don’t know)

3-GPU: I’ll say with the internal one, maybe after year I’ll buy GTX 1050TI ITX edition or something newer from Nvidia for ITX.

4-RAM: the cheapest one I found in UK was Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2400C14R Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400Mhz CL14 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit, Red
Cost: £114.09

5-CPU Cooler is one of the most important part, I know there is Good Air flow cooler but the air temperature in Iraq is really high so I want to keep the CPU as possible as cool.
There are many CPU cooler fit my budget but I don’t know which one of them will find the ITX case below and work great.

Cooler Master MasterLiquid 120 AIO

Cooler Master Seidon 240V AIO

Cooler Master Seidon 120V V3 Plus AIO

Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 120 AIO

Corsair C W-9060007WW Hydro Series H60

Corsair Hydro Series H55

Corsair C W-9060028WW Hydro Series H45

Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 AIO

6-Power Supply Unit, I want something Cheap and Reliable, is this one fine Corsair CP-9020049-UK VS Series ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Power Supply Unit, 450 W

Can I Install it in one of these ITX Case below

7-Last thing is the ITX CASE, I want to choice between these four models, which one of them have the best air flow and the ability to install good CPU cooler on it

Can you please tell me the difference in performance between B250 MOBO and Z270 if the CPU is 7700K or 7700 Non-K (I’m not looking for overclock the CPU)

I don't think it is good idea to use 7700k in Mini ITX pc, you could run into serious trouble with overheating. I'm sure any of your listed cases doesn't support water cooling, only low-profile air coolers, so that's another reason why you shouldn't take the 7700k. The power supply you listed is really bad, not in term of quality, but it has really low efficiency, and that's thing that is really worth to invest in, and it's not compatible with any of the cases, they need SFX psu, not ATX. If you want to use integrated GPU, RAM speed matters, so investing more on better RAM will show its substantiation. Difference between B250 and Z270 mobo is mainly in overclocking support, and since you don't want to overclock, I suggest to use B250, H270 or Q270 chipset and non-k i5 7600, or even better i5 7600T, because i5 has lower power consumption than i7 7700, since it lacks hyperthreading, and T version has very low power consumption, so overheating won't be trouble with it even at full load. And you also don't need hyperthreading if you don't do multi-threaded tasks live video rendering.

If you insist on an AIO water cooler, get a single radiator 120 version with a small frame, remove the fan from the case near the front to mount the radiator. Then you will be limited to ITX versions of cards, not much longer than the pci express x16 slot single fan solutions, at least 1050 and 1060 versions exist.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlRHca2qrHM

might be possible to mount the radiator over the CPU instead of taking up GPU space.

Z and K is for overclocking even if you don't now, you might later to stretch the useful life of the system. Otherwise you can use I7 7700 and H270 or B250.

I Decide to go with I5 7600 Non-K
so please help me to select the Best Power supply for this cpu and 1050Ti in the future

also what you suggest about the cooler is Cryorig C7 will be fine or I need Water Cooler for 7600 Non-K

could you please help me to select the mother board
and SFX Case

I will add to my system Samsung SSD 850 Pro 250 for the Windows Drive.

looking for your suggesting

Looks like you're off to a good start. The cases you've picked out in your first post are some of my favorites for ITX builds.

There's no way you "need" a watercooler for any of these, even in a SFF case. I have an i5 3570K, which is built on the more power-hungry 22nm process, and I've taken my CPU up to 4.8ghz with an inexpensive low-profile cooler in my ITX case. A stock i5 7600 or even i7 7700 will be perfectly fine with even the stock cooler. Something like a C7 will only serve to bring down noise, and is not strictly necessary.

Speaking of CPUs, I'm going to differ from others' opinions and suggest that you can fit a 7700K in there, and at the very least you should get a 7700; i5's are quickly becoming the "minimum" for the more demanding games, and I'm inclined to think you'll want more than the minimum to run a game. Even a 7700K should be fine with a C7, though don't expect to overclock much, if at all.

If using a non-K CPU, there's little reason not to get a less-expensive B250 board. The only (small) performance difference you might see is that you're limited to 2400mhz RAM, while the "Z" chipset allows higher RAM speeds.

Credentials: Someone who builds SFF PCs regularly.

Food for thought: You might consider going with an M.2 SSD to cut down on wire mess and clutter inside your case. They're not much (if any) more expensive than SATA models. Go for the 850 EVO, or 960 EVO. The 960 very significantly faster than the 850 Pro and has something like a $20 premium - definitely worth it.

Regarding power supply, you can run a 1050 Ti and i7 7700K on a good quality 250w unit, so don't worry much about the wattage. Pick one from a reputable brand, such as Silverstone. Corsair makes some good units but it's hit and miss, same with Enermax.

Motherboards will mostly differ meaningfully in their slots and integrated peripherals. Pick one that has the ports you want on the back.

You could bump the power supply up to a gold-rated 450w for another 40 quid, save some cash by getting the 250GB version of the 960 EVO, or add a 2.5" HDD for bulk storage. The CPU cooler is "optional" but recommended. Just pick out a video card, one of the cases you listed and a copy of Windows and you're good to go.

Three question please

First question about the SSD, without care to the price and speed which one provide better reliability and longer life 850 Pro 500GB or 960 Pro 500GB.

I understand that 960 Pro 500 GB come with more 100 TBW Endurance but the warranty is the half of 850 Pro, Only 5 Years.

Second question about the Thermal Compound, Which one of these below:

1- Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra

5- Arctic Silver 5

Do I need to re-change the Liquid Ultra or not.

as I say the air temperature in Iraq is very hot right now in UK 17 in Iraq 47 or 52 C, so that's why I care about the cooling system.

Last question, what is the best Fan for H80I V2 that provide the best cooling and quiet level of noise in the same time.

The 960 Pro and 850 Pro realistically should both long outlast your system, unless there's a random, unpredictable failure which has nothing to do with their rated lifespan. I have a pair of Intel SSDs I bought in 2008 and have used heavily for almost a decade, and both still report more than 90% write endurance remaining. Some things to consider: even if it fails under warranty, your data is gone, and, in 5 years, a replacement SSD is likely to be a fraction of the price and considerably faster. The 960 is something silly like 10x faster than the 8xx series, and I don't think the Pro is worth the extra money over the EVO. The Pro drives are more suited to business and enterprise workloads than for personal computers.

I use CL Ultra between my CPUs die and the heatspreader - my CPU is delidded - but I absolutely would not recommend it for use between IHS and heatsink. It dissolves aluminum and damages both IHS and heatsink or waterblock base, such that if you ever wanted to use a different compound, you'd likely need to take sandpaper to them. I don't particularly recommend AS5 either - it's a very old paste, and many have come out since then with better characteristics, which are non-conductive. Try Noctua's NT-H1.

Regarding fans, there's no such thing as a free lunch. Pushing air creates noise, so you either pick a noisy fan which pushes more air, or a quieter fan which pushes less. High flow fans more often whine or hum when you slow them down, but you can't speed up a slower, quieter fan.
