I updated to the latest Nvidia drivers a few days ago and in games my GPU has given out weird artifacts but it wouldnt crash the game.
Every time the artifacts appear for a split second the voltage, core clock and memory clock all drop for a few seconds then it returns to normal. http://prntscr.com/fw3u8h

At first i thought it might have been my OC however i set it to stock speeds and the problem is still here.

Intel i5-4460
EVGA GTX 970 FTW
16GB HyperX 1600mhz
