Okay so my PC has been severely underperforming lately. Any game that I run i usually stutters. I always get a High FPS but i end up stuttering during the game and it is quite annoying, especially considering my specs. I took some screenshots of my performance when i ran Player Unknown's Battlegrounds using my task manager and MSI afterburner. i know the game is not entirely optimized properly however i dont think i should be stuttering in that game either, i even stutter in Rocket League. All my drivers have been updated on both my CPU and GPU so i don't believe it is a driver issue.

Here are my Specs and Screenshots during a session of PUBG

Intel(R) Core i7-4790k @4.00 GHZ
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW
2x 4GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM
ASROCK z97 extreme3
PSU: Corsair RM750

Thank you!

I think that this is most likely a memory problem. I am guessing that your game runs fine the first 20 to 30 minutes?

After that, the RAM will fill up and you will experience stuttering. This is what I am currently experiencing with GTA V. I will be buying more ram soon.

Also, the i7-4790K will have the optimal performance with 16GB (or more) RAM.

This is memory problem. You dont have enough memory so your PC will underperform. I suggest getting 16gb or more RAM for better performance because it appears that during the gaming session all of your memory was used.
