So every thing was fine then I found a fan and decide to add it to my case ok all went good started all went ok . Then I removed some metal for hdds to get better airflow the front panel got on floor like 2 times I tried to unplug all the fans but it doesn't turn on how do I turn it on or what should I do (also my psu light above the pci express cable it's on)

Solution
Yes where the front panel wires plug in you just take a screw driver to the pins and itll turn on. Unless you can find the front IO harness for your case, yes you have to get a new one. What model is your case?

You added a fan and that went fine? Then your front panel ....got on the floor? Not sure what you mean by this. Are you worried that you yanked on power/reset button cables or something? You could check them where they plug into the motherboard and at the front panel, to make sure no wires are hanging loose.
What doesn't turn on exactly? Fans? Computer doesn't start up?

Iunplugged all the fp pins on mb the put them back no result even unplugged the psu mb connector no result how can I solve this

I unplugged that fan didn't start up , even unplugged all the fans and didn't start up. About the psu I can't do it right now but I bought the psu last week so that shouldn't be the problem but I will see in s few hours . Any other causes?

You could have fried something with static electricity when installing the fan. Doesn't happen very often but a potential problem.
You could have also unknowingly moved or yanked at one of the wires, and now things won't start up without it.
But this is all guesswork and hard to troubleshoot unless you start crossing things off of a list. PSU first else any other troubleshooting is impossible if you can't even get to bios or get any error beeps. Once you have that working, you check the mobo, replace the cmos battery (to reset bios), try and see if it boots at all, if any error beeps (these can indicate memory, cpu etc). Lights on mobo help as well if you've got a mobo manual to tell you what they mean. What color, are they flashing, manual will tell you how to interpret them.

Yes. Also I can't find replacement parts for your case so you'll need a case. If you'll give me your budget I can give you some recommendations

You can't get replacement wires for that case. The case I use a recommend is the Cooler Master Masterbox 5. Its a nice case for around $60 USD
