upgrading my pc

so guys i have this setup now
-asus m5a97 r.20
-amd fx6350
-palit super jetstream 1060
-8gb ram
-500w psu
i was thinkin about new psu, motherboard and cpu. any recs guys i dont have much to pay

You will have to get new RAM as DDR3 is not really supported for Kaby Lake, Sky Lake or Ryzen. Two builds, the Ryzen is faster but the Pentium will run the 1060 okay at 1080p. If you will play CPU intensive games I would seriously consider the Ryzen build.

The Ryzen has 8 threads so that should be enough. The G4560 would fail. If you do plan to stream you should bump up the RAM to 16GB.

Well yes and no. The Chieftec PSU has little in the way of information on it so it is hard to assess build quality, more than likely it is low quality. Build quality can affect how much of a power draw it can handle. It has no certification whatsoever.

The EVGA has been reviewed several times with good scores and has an 80+ Bronze certification. If the Chieftec is more than 5 years old then I would consider replacing it but otherwise you are not close in terms of power draw so you could just use it.
