I want to build a good gaming PC that i could also stream twitch on. I currently know nothing about computer and have a budget around 600 dollars.

Solution
You have the Seagate with a 64MB cache vs the WD with a 32MB cache optimized for server applications. Here are the Passmark and UserBenchmark scores for these drives, not even close.

Okay, yes you could use the supplied paste and in this case it probably would work fine. We are probably not looking at a heavy overclock build here. Some people believe aftermarket paste is better quality with better thermal conductive properties and more importantly does not dry out as fast.

To stream you will require more than 4 threads so best choice here for a budget CPU is the Ryzen 5 1400, decent little gamer with 4 cores and 8 threads. This build does not include Operating System (OS) software, keyboard/mouse, monitor and a Wifi card/stick if it is needed.
