the ram in a gpu laptop that comes inside the gpu is borrowed form the system ram

this ram is used and performs in the parameters of speed of the mainboard and ram installed

some integrated gpus will not handle really more than 2 gbs of ram, so give it 4 and leave windows with just 4, while possible, is to me a bad idea

if you are playing a specific game that needs lots of ram, i would make it settle with jsut 2 and leave 6 for windows, and that to me is very few ram

if you are not playing games, there is no reason i can think of for assigning more than 1 gb of ram to the gpu

in this case, you have a radeon r5, so the onboard gpu hte hd should not be used other than for windows, web browsing and that sort of stuff

the idea when having the dedicated gpu is use it with games or apps that migh ask for it, for the rest the intel gpu that is weak and uses less watts to operate so makes battery last onger, not offer it lots of resources it will not use for youtube, office and that sort of things

the mention of fifa, sounds to me that it used the integrated gpu and not the radeon, so there should be a game menu where you tell fifa to use the radeon, not the intel
