I have created a build,does it support vr?

Ryzen 5-1600x 6core processor
Ddr4 16gb 3200 ram
Jonsbo cr-101 air cooler
As us prime b350m-a
Termaltake rgb fan 120mm
Asus strix gtx 1050ti
Screen 24"
And psu 450w
And keyboard with mouse ofcourse.

How does this sound?and if I can't have vr,how can I make it vr?

No, doesn't meet the necessary specs.
VR is also extremely expensive and needs a HTC Vive or Rift.
Ditch the idea.
What's your budget in LOCAL currency and what retailers are you using?

Edit: Spend a bit more for the 1700, well worth it for video editing.
To be VR capable it needs at least a 1070 realistically for good performance.

買呢麽昂貴的核心和呢麽便宜的畫像卡出玩VR？？？不會玩的舒服，還會浪費很多錢哦。還有，電源可能很差，可能爆炸。節省一下吧，VR不一定要用。還有，網上沒有很多的電腦市場，你還是看看附近的電腦舖還是跟簡單。

Buy an expensive CPU and a cheap GPU to play VR??? Won't be comfortable; will be a waste of money. Also, PSU may be awful; could explode. Save up a bit, you don't need to use VR. Also, use your local stores; it's much easier.

It barely meets the minimum spec.
In addition, the PSU is crap, the memory needs to be at least 3000MHz with Ryzen, and the 1400 is mediocre.

Corsair CX550M is crap? Need 3000Mhz or higher? Hm...

And unless you have any suggestions for any better CPUs while remaining inside budget, that's the best choice here.

The '2017' CX units as they call them are near identical to the old ones, still terrible PSUs.
