Through my BIOS i cannot change the integrated graphics VRAM amount but something odd i have noticed is randomly after shutting my laptop off one day and returning to play GTA V, Originally the game only picked up having 1 GB of VRAM the next day it was 2 GB. How did this change and how do i allocate more? i know there is a way outside of the bios.

What caught my eye is that Adapter RAM 1.00 GB (1,073,741,824 bytes) says 1gb but all my games tell me i can utilize 2gbs and i can

Solution
IGPs don't have VRAM, they use system memory. Also, modern IGPs use a variable amount of memory depending on what the drivers determine to be necessary so you will see the amount of RAM reserved by the IGP/system vary depending on what games and applications you are using.

Solution
Dvmt is dynamic so games may say different amounts but the max will always be 2gb for your igpu. It doesn't make any difference to pre allocate more when the max will always be 2gb. Any performance issue is simply the result of it being weak.

Windows automatically dedicates shared integrated graphics RAM. You have no control of this. Some bios' still have a setting for adjusting dedicated graphics RAM. But, its a holdover from long ago. Even if you change it, windows overrides the change. If you're trying to improve your graphics, you'll need to install a GPU card, assuming it's a desktop PC. If it's a laptop, nothing you can do, other than buy a new laptop with a discrete GPU.
