So I'm building my second pc. I've got a strict budget and the prices in NZ for pc parts are quite dear compared to the US. My mate has an ASUS GTX 970 Strix 4gb GPU. My original plane was to buy a EVGA Geforce GTC 1060 3gb for $349. Hes selling the 970 for the same price.
What would be the right performance wise?
[EDIT] He isn't fully aware of gpu prices nowadays so I could convince him to sell for cheaper?
