Ryzen 5 1600 45W
Sapphire RX 480 8gb 225W (got it as a present)
Asus Prime B350-PLUS Mainboard Sockel AM4
Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B30 2x8gb Ram
Sharkoon VS4-W
Corsair CP-9020097-EU VS Serie VS550
WD Blue 1tb
Samsung EVO 850 250gb
What do you think about this build?
will this even work?
what cpu cooler would be best in price/performance?

Solution
Alright, i'll try to pick some parts with fairly consistent pricing.
Ryzen 1600
AsRock B350M Pro4
2x8GB 3000MHz/3200MHz DDR4 RAM, whatever's cheapest.
Corsair 100R/SPEC-04/88R/SPEC-01/2/3
WD Blue 1TB (Make sure its the 7200RPM newer version)
Samsung 960 Evo 250GB SSD
PSU: Seasonic S12II 430w/520w/620w OR Corsair CXM (BLACK LABEL, not green) 450w/550w/650w, again, whichever is cheapest.
Use the stock Ryzen 1600 cooler, it's very good.

Make sure that ram can reach at least 3000 MHz. *Edit* I didn't see the PSU before. Get a different PSU. A Seasonic S12II or M12ii 520w or 620w would serve you ALOT better. That vs power supply is not of very good quality.
