what tower type is ASRock H110M-HDV LGA 1151 and can it use the pentium g4560 processor?

Motherboard is Micro ATX Form Factor. That fits a Mini Tower or Mid Tower.
It requires a different CPU to flash the BIOS before the G4560 will work. (6th Generation Skylake)
A G3900 is about $45.

A newer motherboard model with B250 Chipset needs no BIOS update for G4560.
