You need a Z270 motherboard to overclock the unlocked CPU you selected and the 3000MHz speed RAM.

The OC'able i5-7600K (as well as other non-OCable i5's) have lowered its value due to the release of the Ryzen 5 CPUs which are all overclockable and all have multi/hyper-threading (better price/performance). Nowadays, games start to use more cores/threads, so, you might want to consider getting the i7-7700K (4-core/8-thread) but at such a higher price. If budget is a concern, the Ryzen 5 1600 is a good CPU (to be paired with a B350 motherboard).

Get a better SSD (such as a Samsung 850 EVO or a Crucial MX300), at ~250GB/~275GB, as it has faster speed and better price performance.

I suggest a better-quality PSU such as the Seasonic M12II-520 EVO or Corsair CX550M/CX450M.

I read that the i5 7600k is way way better than ryzen 5 1600X when it comes to gaming! So im really nervous about picking the cpu ( and eventually the motherboard also ) , i dont want to regret later and change the cpu and also the mobo
I mainly play FPS games ( csgo, overwatch )
