Hello, I currently own an old Lenovo small form factor PC which I want to upgrade into a semi decent games PC.

however, i have run into a problem with the case, the case is too small to fit most graphics cards because the PCI-E slot is in a tight space.

I am looking to transfer my PC to a larger case but I am having trouble figuring out what form factor the motherboard is. I took apart the PC and measured it and it was roughly (my measurements may be a bit off) 10.5x9 inches.

the motherboard is a Lenovo 71y8460.

if someone could suggest a case that it will fit in, or what form factor it is it would be a great help.

The motherboard is micro atx. However that is not quite true. It is proprietary, meaning it was made specifically for a product. 10.5 by 9 inches is not standard size for atx, micro atx, or mini atx. The socket is 775. It would be really hard upgrading that into something that actually games well. It is not worth the cost or effort. Save your money.

thanks for the answer. I am going to buy a new motherboard, but is there a way that I could fit a micro atx board into the case. or would I have to make some modifications
