Hello i have a problem that on this pc with GTX 750 ti with i3 540 and 4gb of RAM in game (CSGO) on highest res (1920x1080) i get 150~fps and every lower resolution i get lower fps , when on other pc on the same res i get the same fps (150~) and every lower res i get more fps, how can i solve that on first pc I get more fps when I lower res?
