like the title of the question says; is it possible to have your bios open and the OS running at the same time on two different screens? the idea is real time overclocking and tweaking the settings with the OS still running. It would certainly save some time while you're overclocking your system or changing the settings for the memory etc. It just sounds like a interesting idea being able to have your bios open while still running the OS on another screen.

On the same PC? - - no way.

You may have two monitors but there's still only one PC - if your in a BIOS configuration screen how the heck you gonna make it boot in to Windows without exiting the BIOS screen?

You just can't have both at the same time, it's technically impossible (with our current technology anyway).
