Is 500w enough?

I'm upgrading my current gaming PC and was wondering if a standard Ultra 500w PSU would be enough to support an FX-8350 and a GTX 1060 3GB?
*Note* This will NOT be over-clocked
Just trying to get 1080p High-Max settings in most titles.

A good 500w psu would be enough however your psu is far from good.
For example the 500w Ultra LS has such a small 12v rail(28a) that its actually closer to a 350w psu than a 500w unit.

I had a feeling that'd be the case...
Any suggestions for a good PSU?
(I would like to note this is kind of a budget build)
