I'm planning to build
New desktop PC with i7 7700 cpu, H270 motherboard, 16GB RAM, GTX 1080Ti GPU and 650W Power supply. Will there be any bottleneck issues between processor and the GPU ?

PS. I'm not that much into gaming. Mainly targeting my build for the research I'm doing regarding deep learning.

@Nine Layer Nige: deep learning doesn't utilize both cpu and gpu simultaneously. I'm planning to use the gpu for deep learning. But I wanted to know whether there will be any bottlenecks when I'm doing other activities apart from deep learning ?

@R3PLAY: No there will be no video editings. I'm mainly targeting the build for deep learning. I read some articles and they said it's better to have high memory bandwidth and cuda cores for deep learning related activities. That's why I have decided to go for a 1080Ti. I previously considered about the 1080 also. But I thought 1080Ti would do deep learning stuffs better.

I want to know whether there will be any bottlenecks with this configuration when I'm doing other day to day activities other than deep learning itself

Well, you will not experience bottlenecks with these parts.
