I just bought this prebuilt my speedtest is http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6459808456.png , im having issues webbrowsing/downloading it will go from 35 mbs to 0 and another issue is if i close example blizzard launcher it will not re open on twitch itll say flash not uninstalled randomly but work if i reopend the page ( i looked up and reinstalled the correct network drivers) so im pretty clueless as to whats going on
