Bought a pc 6 months ago, working fine until a month ago, my games started crashing when its on DX11, coincidentally this started happenning after a second hand harddrive from a retailer and I also installed 2 case fans... For trouble shooting, i tried removing the newly added hard drive, and the crashing is still there so its prolly not the hard drive...could it be the fans tho?! wat is causing this crashes???

Cpu: G4400
Gpu: Zotac 960 4gb Amp
8GB DDR3

Fans can't cause any crashes. What exactly happens? Explain in as much detail as you can. These crashes are usually due to overclocked GPU frequencies, resulting with "Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered" message.

The game would freeze and I cant altab nor do anything it either autmatically unfreeze or it will give me BSOD and restart. I thought It was my Hard Drive cause I found 4 bad sectors on my boot drive so I reinstalled windows on a drive that has no bad sectors. DX11 still crashes tho... My graphics card is factory overclocked and Ive tried to underclock it to stock clocks but still crashes on DX11...

That's quite weird. Try capturing an image of what the BSOD exactly says... (The Error Code). It'll explain everything else.
Dont try to UC a factory overclocked GPU. Factory OC'ed is supposed to be perfectly fine.

As you reinstalled windows (and didnt restore data from previous one yet?) and still having the same issue, most certainly it's a hardware issue.

It was a clean install. I had 3 kinds of BSODs. Memory Management, Unexpected Store Exception and The last Bsod that i got before completely "breaking" my pc was "Bad SYstem config info" I got stock on "windows is repairing" but it would fail to repair it and would ask to restart to retry but it would just be the same thing again, luckily I found a fix online :) The Memory Managemend BSOD was the most frequent tho... has it got to do anything with my ram or something?

Those hard drive bad sectors could be physical. By reinstalling the OS you are simply moving the bad sectors to the back of the disk as being marked "do not use" from the scan disk. This means the drive could be failing.

I would fully disconnect the hard drive and add it to a spare system as a secondary drive (you can use a usb adaptor) and run a deep scan from tools to see if it is a damaged disk or not.

I used WD Lifeguard. It can do extended tests and works very well for a free software.

If the hardware passes on the extended scan, then you are fine and can move onto the next thing. If not, replace the disk.

I'd reinstall DX11. Fully remove it from your control panel and let windows update automatically reinstall it as the next troubleshooting step if the disk is OK.

Might be.

Try changing pagefile on C: to "system managed" and restart.

Then, it can easily be a RAM issue if you ever upgraded the RAM since you got the PC, or if the ones who assembled it, used two separate RAMs of the same model instead of a memory kit.

Assuming you didn't change anything in the BIOS, still just try loading optimized defaults. Could clear overclocking problems right away.

You did mention the disk had bad sectors before.

If you didn't do this yet, dont reinstall windows on the same disk again. First migrate windows to another drive, format the previous one and check for drive errors.

A 6 months old system shouldn't have drive errors though.

If it still has bad sectors or drive errors, it can be a physical problem.
The drive might fail anytime.

Get a spare drive to install Windows on, preferring a SSD. If the drive still has problems, RMA it after completely removing all your files from it. A bad/failing drive is the worst: Lost memories cant easily come back.
