What do I do after I build my pc?

Obviously any operating system will do.
Without an OS you can access the BIOS.

After whichever operating system you want, you'll simply just want to put any essential drivers required on via the resource discs that come with your parts. However bare in mind you may be better downloading and installing drivers from the manufacturers website as resource CDs can offer outdated drivers.

If you're running NVIDIA or AMD GPUs you'll probably want the relevant GPU control panel (Radeon Software for AMD, GeForce Experience for NVIDIA)
