I have a 850 evo 250 GB that is slowly going down in gb for some reason and the only thing I've done is install the OS on it. Should I move the page files to my HDD?
I have 16 GB of RAM

Solution

35GB consumed in a 250GB drive? Yes, that is fine.
When it gets to ~200GB...then you start to think about moving things to elsewhere.

The pagefile is only one (small) part of your disappearing drive space.

Hibernation, System restore points, temp files...all contribute to losing space

Install and run WinDirStat to discover where your space is going.

How much physical RAM do you have?

So you have 12GB physical RAM installed?

And what about the other things I mentioned?

OK...you have a 250GB SSD.
Currently, it looks like 35BG used? Correct?
A large part of that is pagefile and hibernation file. Those two large red areas to the right.

This is a fresh install on the SSD?
Yes, Consumed space increases. Updates, etc.

I'm not seeing an issue here.

So is this fine? For an SSD? Should I be worried about these red parts?
