Gaming Rig Upgrades

I am looking for best bang for the buck upgrades for my PC. I am looking to run the newest games at high settings, however, I not looking to max anything out at ulrtra high settings. My #1 goal is quality (parts lasting long time) and then speed. My Video card is dieing so I just ordered another one which got me thinking that the other parts are probably going to start going out since my mobo is 3-4 years old. I am also running dual monitors and will be using three monitors within the next 3-4 months. I run one game on one monitor then have internet explorer, microsoft word etc., pulled up on my other monitors. My specs are as listed:

Case - 1 x Corsair Carbide Series 300R Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Processor - 1 x Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W
BX80637I53570K Desktop Processor ...

Motherboard - ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel

Video Card - Just ordered a - PNY GeForce GTX 950 Graphic Card - 1.02 GHz Core - 1.19 GHz
Boost Clock - 2 GB GDDR5 - PCI Express 3.0 x16.

RAM - 1 x Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
1600 (PC3 12800)

PSU - 1 x SeaSonic S12II Series S12II 620 Bronze (SS-620GB) 620W Intel ATX 12 V 80
PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power ...

Hard Drive - SSD Drive at 232 GB Memory

What parts can I upgrade first as far as keeping my PC running and/or making the PC run faster? My budget is flexible but I would rather stay in the lower end of high end gaming. I want to buy parts that are on part with the video card I just ordered in terms of performance, but as I said earlier I am looking for longevity and quality first in my build.

I was thinking of upgrading my motherboard and PSU first but I am clueless as to what to order. I also thought about buying 8 gigs more of ram to speed up my performance since it is only $100 on newegg. I appreciate your time in answering this post, thank you kindly :).

Edit: I also would like to upgrade to future proof if possible, thank you!

I suggest upgrading to the Ryzen 1600. Overclock its as fast as the 7600K in games plus 6800k in all other programs.
