Anyone know how to delete minerd.exe

So for those of you who don't know, there is this virus that many people classify under Trojan called minerd.exe This nasty program uses your resources to mine for bitcoin, however, someone else gets the money. I initially discovered it when my computer was running hot when at idle and I also noticed it was slow. I've tried and tried, using various malware scanners to remove it with no avail. Has anyone personally be able to remove this? If you could give me a couple pointers that would be greatly appreciated!

Process Explorer will let you sort the processes by 'parent/child' relationship, and, the lower pane of info about selected process might very where tell you what otehr task is...

I was able to trace it back to AppData\Roaming and then a folder called JRE Update, which I have deleted multiple times but then I will restart my PC and it comes back.

Process Explorer will let you sort the processes by 'parent/child' relationship, and, the lower pane of info about selected process might very where tell you what otehr task is spawning it. You can alternatively suspend each task first, then kill/delete them both.

If Malwarebytes Antimalware and Hitman Pro don't find it, I'd be surprised...

But, if not, I'd start backing up critical data/files/photos in case a delete partitions/quick format/reinstall is necessary to eradicate it..
