Cooler for i7-6800k under 50 dollars

Hi guys, I'm looking for the best possible cooler for this cpu for under $50 I would prefer under 50, but I can reach up to 60 dollars if I really have to. Thank you so much?

A Ryzen 1700 will outperform a 6800k easily for a fraction of the cost.
Budget for the PC?
If you're looking for a cooler and already have everything, get the Cryorig H5 Universal.
100% RAM clearance and great thermals.

Will the cryorig h5 ultimate be good enough for a 6800k overclocked to 4ghz? Will it be super load all the time?

H5 Universal, not ultimate, the ultimate doesn't have good RAM clearance.
It will be enough, but as mentioned, if you don't have the parts yet, I can get you much better value.

I'd get h7 for extra cooling and still under 50, instead of h5, but as was pointed out, check the clearance for both your ram and your case.

I already have all the parts besides GPU(getting 1080ti) CPU Cooler, ram, and OS. I bought the 6800k on Black Friday like a year ago. I was going to get the corsair vengeance lpx 16gb ddr4

Corsair vengeance is actually very low riding so shouldn't have clearance issues. You'd basically check with cooler manufacturer or with memory manufacturer but I know I was looking at vengeance for that exact reason so you should be ok.

Why would I get an h7 instead of the h5 besides the price? I have exactly 45 dollars to spend and I can wait another week and get another 18 but I'd rather not. Id have 63 dollars though if I waited just one more week, would there be a significant difference?

A H5 is definitely worth a little extra over the H7 in this case.
Also @OP, get your 1080 Ti from EVGA, they have fantastic cards, and their SC2 Black Edition is $699 atm.
Warranty, customer service and build quality are the best around.

I was thinking of getting the ftw 3 today but it's inflated to 890 dollars since I saw it a week or to ago at 780 dollars, really annoying

Similar but slightly better cooling, and better ram clearance. Either is fine though, (provided you're comparing universal editions). It's really nitpicking at this point.
I mean if you want to go really cheap and still pretty good and popular cooler you can do hyper212 evo for like $25. Pretty much anything off that first list I linked is fine.

Heh know nothing about lowyat but that they do occasionally have good reviews.
H5 should be fine for a 4.0 overclock. That's not terribly high.
3 front fans should be plenty.
