I got a Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Gaming K7 and it's a really nice board. It really just depends on what your choice in IO and other features are though.

It really depends on what you want on a motherboard. That motherboard doesn't seem to have many features.

@OP, GET NEITHER.
Ryzen is much better than Intel atm, also the 100 series is not compatible with Kaby Lake chips regardless unless first updated with a Skylake CPU installed, do not mislead the user.
