5 pin power connector on Dell mobo?

I'm trying to upgrade the power supply on a Dell Optiplex 9020. I've read about the adapter I need to connect the 24-pin plug from the PSU to the 6-pin header on the mobo, but the mobo also has this 5-pin header labeled "HDD_ODD_POWER". Can I ignore that one? My new power supply has no such connector. I would think the HD and optical drives need only the normal SATA power cables from the power supply.

It's labeled "22" here, at the bottom edge (even though it refers to a different Dell model).

Solution
Doesn't appear to be a power input, but an output to a standard SATA power connector and 5v plug for some proprietary optical drive. Unless you are using the special optical drive it's probably safe to leave it unconnected.

I figured it out. The cable with the 5-pin connector doesn't come from the power supply. It has SATA power connectors on the other end that plug into the drives. So the drives plug into the motherboard for power, using this cable, instead of getting it directly from the power supply. I'm planning to leave it disconnected, and power the drives from the power supply the normal way, but I suppose I could still use this cable and power the drives from the mobo.
