Hello everyone,
given the current problem getting graphics cards at retail price I have held off for a while building my PC. So I got up and checked amazon as i usually do and found this msi gtx 1060 6gb gpu in stock for 299.99 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06X3TZG5K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
now i had no chance to see if its a solid gpu given the price and tough times these days i just bought it lol. any experienced people know if this is a solid 1060?

I bought ryzen 1600, b350 tomahawk, corsair veng lpx 2x8 16gb 3200 ram, corsair spec alpha black, 120 ssd sandisk ssd plus , 1tb black wd. evga gq 80+ gold semi mod 650w psu to go with it?

The gtx 1060 is a very solid budget GPU. I have one currently and I can play all of the latest titles on ultra/high settings with a constant 60 fps. It being an Nvidia GPU, you will also get shadow play for recording! Overall its a great GPU and would go well with your build.

Gtx 1060 is a good card for 1080p gaming, i dont see any reason not to buy one, 6gb is a good choice as vram hungry games can totally take advantage of that extra memory and cuda cores, Dont hesitate its a good gpu, I use gtx 1060 Armor myself, i chose it over Rx 580
