Best PC steering wheel around $150

Hi. I'm trying to find steering wheel for my PC simulator games, (Euro truck sim 2, American Truck sim, and some racing games, possibly) and I can't spend a whole lot. I'm looking for pedals, and paddle shifting.
I also have a few questions:

Most higher priced wheels say "force feedback", would someone be able to tell me what that means, and if it is worth getting?

There are many different rotation angles, and I'm not sure what to get. I'm mostly seeing 900 and 1080 degrees. I would like something closest to a tractor trailer and regular car, not as much racing. Since I'm trying to focus on the truck sims, I would like something best to fit them, I'm not sure about the rotation angles in game.

The Thrustmaster t-150 seems like it fits my needs, and I'm also looking at the Logitech DFGT. My budget it around $150 usd.

Would I go for another wheel, or one of these?

Thank you in advance, I appreciate the help.
:)

Race cars generally have a rotation degree of 540.
I have only had wheels with 245 degrees. I don't really see the need for more. I can always dump the steering sensitivity.

Definitely get a force feedback wheel. It rumbles, it shakes, it returns to center, it gives you feedback on what the car is doing.
That said, SCS Softwares games don't have much in the form of FFB forces. You'll feel more in Assetto Corsa etc.

If the wheel has paddle shifters, make sure they are metal. Plastic ones break off/down within a year.

Logitech and thrustmaster have the best wheels generally afaik.
The T150 is pretty meh, tbh for a decent wheel you'd be looking at another hundred bucks.
If you want you can get it, but i'd hold off. If you're only doing truck sims it should be enough, racing titles you'll want a better wheel.

I would say get a DFGT, I've got one and it works very well for the price. I have used a G27 before as well and although it is a bit smoother (and heaps quieter), the lack of buttons can be a bit of a deal-breaker. Haven't tried a T-150 before so can't comment on that.

Force feedback is a necessity (in my eyes) since it allows you to feel the car/truck. Very important in games such as Assetto Corsa so you can tell when the wheels are slipping but maybe not so in Euro/America Truck.

The rotation is generally not an issue but for a truck sim, aim for at least 480ish degrees. The DFGT has 900 degrees which is good but can get a tad fatiguing at times from all the turning. You can turn it down if you want to though. It does this with the force feedback so it will actually reduce the degrees of motion to match the setting.

If you do get a DFGT, be aware that it is VERY loud when force feedback is enabled and that the peddles are a tad sensitive due to soft springs (can fix that).

Thank you for giving feedback. I now know that force feedback is Nessary, and I will probably be choosing between the T-150 and the DFGT.

I'm still not really sure what to choose, people seem to like the DFGT, but it's 10 years old. Would that matter, will Logitech drop support, or have they already? :/

I know the t-150 has metal paddles. If I choose the 150, should I wait for a sale, buy it used, or just buy it new now.

Thanks
