So I got my Pc to boot into windows, but after the lock screen, it takes several minutes to get to the desktop page, and then after that, the task bar is always loading, and no icons appear on the desktop. All this started happening after a power outage, and it was not plugged into A serge protector, But im not sure if anything can be fried because it still boots windows. also ctrl alt del. to open task manager does not load.
