Mouse changing sensitivity randomly

Hi, I recently brought a Corsair M65 RGB mouse and I have been having problems with some of the buttons not working and the sensitivity changing in game. Is there a fix to this or should I get a warranty

Your mouse has DPI settings. When you press the DPI buttons on the top of your mouse, you will notice differences in the sensitivity. Find the setting you prefer and leave it there. Which buttons are not working? The top buttons would most likely be for changing the DPI
