my pc restarts in between anything

hello guys i had a problem since last week that my coputer restarts automatically in between browsing or anything i cant sit on it much longer it doesnt shows any warning but it shows that computer didnt shutdown correctly please please help me for it my computer isnt getting hot or anything

yes its not a virus how can it be? i can give u my system specs
intel core 2 duo e6600 2.4 ghz
2gb ddr3 ram
sata hardrive
dell motherboard
windows 7 ultimate
